TYVENT INC. is a federal corporation registered under the Canada Business Corporations Act. The company was incorporated on 26 October 2025 and maintains its registered office at 8 Sabaskong Bay Island, Nestor Falls, ON P0X 1K0, Canada.
The corporation operates as a private entity with 1–10 directors and does not offer securities to the public. It conducts its affairs in compliance with Canadian federal and Ontario provincial law.
